Directions for Activation (Only Activate Once)

1️⃣ Open the bottle and remove the foil seal (do not remove cotton).
2️⃣ Add half a lid (9ml max) of water.
3️⃣ Seal the bottle and shake well.
4️⃣ Wait two minutes before first use.

 

How to Use

1️⃣ Shake bottle before use.
2️⃣ Partially open the lid.
3️⃣ Hold 15cm away from your nose.
4️⃣ Briefly inhale.
5️⃣ Replace the lid immediately to preserve strength.
