Activation & Usage Instructions

Directions for Activation (Activate Once Only)

1. Open the bottle and remove the foil seal. Do not remove the cotton inside the bottle.

2. Add up to half a lid (maximum 9ml) of clean water.

3. Replace the lid securely and shake the bottle well.

4. Allow the bottle to sit for approximately two minutes before first use.

How to Use

1. Shake the bottle before each use.

2. Slightly loosen or partially open the lid.

3. Hold the bottle approximately 15cm from your nose.

4. Take a brief inhale.

5. Close the lid immediately after use to help preserve the strength and longevity of the product.

Storage Tip: Store the bottle tightly sealed in a cool, dry place when not in use to maximise product life.
