Directions for Activation (Only Activate Once)

1ļøāƒ£ Open the bottle and remove the foil seal (do not remove cotton).
2ļøāƒ£ Add half a lid (9ml max) of water.
3ļøāƒ£ Seal the bottle and shake well.
4ļøāƒ£ Wait two minutes before first use.

 

How to Use

1ļøāƒ£ Shake bottle before use.
2ļøāƒ£ Partially open the lid.
3ļøāƒ£ Hold 15cm away from your nose.
4ļøāƒ£ Briefly inhale.
5ļøāƒ£ Replace the lid immediately to preserve strength.
