A good starting point is to measure firmly around the torso just above the navel. Please see above diagram.

Not all people wear their belts in the same position, if you already know where you like to wear your belt measure firmly around that point.

Often smaller men and women need to raise this position and find a halfway point between the ribcage and the top of the hip to stop the belt from digging in.

10mm Stealth Belt
By: Kurt FullerLooks great and feels very comfortable. Been using this for a few weeks now and am so impressed I thought i would do a review. Appearance, quality and detail are very high. The majority of the belt has 4 rows of stitching which i like because I've had another brand belt blister and leave bubbles as the suede comes away from the other leather. The edging on the belt looks to be high quality and doesn't rub away like I have seen on other belts. The embroidery is cool and the black on black looks great. I give it 5 out of 5 and will recommend it to all my powerlifting friends.
